WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO? 

Good news! BONTON’s online store delivers worldwide.* However, the delivery and return rules may differ according to the destination country.

*Bonton delivers worldwide only ready-to-wear and small decoration.

WHEN ARE THE ORDERS PREPARED? 

Each order placed before 1 pm (from Monday to Friday) is being prepared on the same day.**

Orders placed after 1 pm will be prepared with priority on the next working day.**

**The preparation time may be extended by several days during promotional periods such as Sale, Private Sales, Outlets, etc.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS?

FOR READY-TO-WEAR AND SMALL DECORATION

For worldwide orders placed with Global-e

The delivery is operated by DHL and the shipping costs may differ depending on the destination.

  • For orders over 120€ we offer shipping costs in Europe and in the UK.
  • For orders over 150€ we offer shipping costs for the rest of the world.

For Spain and Belgium

  • The standard home delivery via Chronopost will be charged 7,90€ for each order less than 120€. Above that amount, the shipping is free.

For France

  • Standard home delivery or at pick-up point via Colissimo within 2 or 3 working days.*

The standard home delivery will be charged 5,90€ for each order worth less than 100€.

The pick-up point standard delivery will be charged 3,90€ for each order worth less than 100€.

The standard and pick-up point delivery is therefore free for an order worth more than 100€.

You will be able to select the pick-up point of your choice before confirming your order.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. An email confirming the dispatch of your order will also be sent to you around 48 hours after your order confirmation, giving you the tracking number of your parcel. The delivery person does not request any signature during the delivery.

  • Express home delivery via Chronopost within 24 working hours.*

The express delivery will be charger 9,90€.

  • Express and free delivery in our stores - Click & Collect

How does it work ?

  • Place an order on our website www.bonton.fr.
  • Click on "BOUTIQUE BONTON" as your choice of delivery.
  • Choose the BONTON store of your choice in France (except department stores).
  • Validate your order and pay online.
  • You will receive an email as well as a phone text message as soon as your order will be available in the store of your choice.
  • The Click&Collect service is available on a selection of items on the eshop.

WHAT IS THE FASTEST DELIVERY METHOD ?

The fastest delivery method is the Express chronopost delivery for which the average delay is:

  • In France: 24 hours for the orders placed before 1pm and 48 hours for those placed after 1pm.*
  • In Europe: from 24 hours to 48 hours for orders placed before 1pm and 48 hours to 72 hours for those placed after 1pm.*

*Those delays can be extended during promotional periods such as Sales, Private Sales, Outlets, etc.

FOR FURNITURES ORDERS (AVAILABLE ONLY FOR FRANCE, SPAIN AND BELGIUM)

Our furniture items can only be shipped in France, Spain and Belgium.

Delivery time may vary from 10 to 21 days.

The furniture delivery is operated by Guisnel who will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

The costs for furniture deliveries may vary depending on the product's weight and destination.

Bonton covers 50% of the shipping costs for the outward journey.

If you are willing to send back a furniture item, the return costs will be entirely at your expense.

Furniture delivery is free for orders worth more than 1500€.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HERE WHEN MY PARCEL IS BEING DELIVERED ?

It all depends on the delivery method you chose: 

  • Standard home delivery by Colissimo: your package will be given to your neighbours or caretaker. It will not be delivered to a pick-up point.
  • Express delivery delivery: Chronopost will contact you to schedule another delivery date? However, if you appear to be not available during that time, your order will be delivered to the Chronopost pick-up point closest to your home.
  • Pick-up point delivery: you must pick up your order within 14 days. After that time, your order will be returned to our warehouse and refunded automatically.
  • In-store delivery for Click&Collect: you must pick up your order within 15 days. After that time, the items will be put back in stock and you will be refunded.
  • Furniture delivery: the carrier Guisnel will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The tracking number of your order will be given to you in that email, which enables you to follow its conveyance, except for furniture.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER APPEARS TO BE LOST?

For any worldwide orders placed with Global-e

If your parcel tracking number has not changed after 72 hours, please feel free to contact Global-e Customer Service HERE.

An investigation will be launched with the carrier to quickly locate your package.

For French, Spanish and Belgium orders

If your parcel tracking number has not changed after 72 hours, please feel free to contact us at contact@bonton.fr or HERE.
