Delivery options

• Colissimo : This delivery option guarantees delivery of your parcel within 3 to 5 days of dispatch for €6.90, in mainland France and Monaco only, through La Poste and its Colissimo service (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday morning, excluding public holidays. The parcel is handled by La Poste and delivered to the address specified by the customer. If the customer is absent at the time of delivery and the parcel is small enough, the postal worker will leave it in the letterbox. Otherwise, a delivery notice will tell the customer where to collect the parcel from a nearby post office within 15 days.

• Collection Point : This delivery option lets you have your parcel delivered to a collection point in France or certain other European countries. Preparation and delivery to a collection point cost €4.90. The average delivery time is 5 to 6 working days. You will be notified by email when your parcel arrives at the collection point; you then have 7 working days from the date the email is sent to collect your order, on presentation of valid identification. After this period, the parcel will be considered abandoned and no claim can be made. The website www.tartine-et-chocolat.com will refund the customer the invoiced price of the products ordered, excluding delivery charges.

• Chronopost: This delivery option guarantees delivery of the parcel within 48 to 72 hours of dispatch for €9.90, in mainland France and Monaco only, through Chronopost (excluding order processing and preparation time). Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. The parcel is handled by Chronopost and delivered to the address specified when ordering. You can track your parcel at www.chronopost.fr/suivi using its shipping document number. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will receive a text message telling you where to collect your parcel from the nearest Relais Colis collection point or Chronopost branch within 10 days. If the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s time limit, the products will be returned to the sender. The website www.tartine-et-chocolat.com will refund the customer the invoiced price of the products ordered, excluding delivery charges.

• Colissimo International : This delivery option is available for European countries and provides delivery of your parcel within 3 to 8 working days, starting at €7.90. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. The parcel will be handed over against a signature. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice with the carrier’s contact details will be left so that a new delivery can be arranged.
Orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.

• UPS : This express delivery option is available for parcels shipped to European countries, except Cyprus, starting at €12.90. It provides delivery of the customer’s parcel within 48 to 72 hours. Orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.

• DHL : This delivery option is available only for parcels shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom. It provides delivery of your parcel within 3 to 5 working days, starting at €15.90. Orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties in the destination country, which are payable by the customer.

BONTON also informs its customers that these delivery times exclude Sundays and public holidays. If an order contains both unavailable and available products, BONTON will dispatch only the available products and cancel and refund the unavailable ones. Customer service will then contact the customer as soon as possible.
